A wind shield airbag device for a vehicle is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the wind shield airbag device for a vehicle comprises: an airbag cushion disposed inside a hood of a vehicle to be inflated by a gas flowing in from an inflator to a space between the hood and wind shield glass and to lift the rear side of the hood at the same time; and a plurality of tether members mounted on the bottom of the airbag cushion to draw the airbag cushion to make the airbag cushion adhere to the wind shield glass and a front pillar when the airbag cushion inflates in a space between the hood and the wind shield glass.
