The present invention relates to a method for removing nitrogen oxide by a wet type electric dust collector, comprising the steps of (1) maintaining mole ratio of oxidizing agents for nitrogen oxides while spraying the oxidizing agent to a reactor with nitrogen oxide gas with use of an ultrasonic fine particle sprayer; (2) generating a solid phase salt by making sprayed oxidizing agent react nitrogen oxide gas in a reactor; and (3) collecting the solid phase salt generated of the (2) step with use of the electric dust collector wherein the nitrogen oxide is removed at room temperature and pressure process, thereby being economical and optimizing efficiency of removing nitrogen oxide, reaction time, space speed and operating electricity by controlling ratio of reaction.
