The present invention relates to an airflow guide device for a vehicle capable of smoothly supplying the intake air of an engine and guaranteeing the cooling of an exhaust manifold. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow guide device for a vehicle comprises: an air flap module arranged between a radiator grill and a cooling fan so that an engine room can receive outdoor air from the front side of a vehicle according to the driving state of an engine and having an air flap opened and closed to selectively receive the outdoor air; an air hole penetrating the air flap module from the upper part of the air flap module and always opened; an air duct formed to supply the air passing the air hole or received from the front side of the air flap module as the intake air of the engine; and a cooling duct to transfer some of the air that the air duct receives to the exhaust manifold.
