<p>The present invention relates to a method for calculating and displaying fuel efficiency using a navigation device so that fuel efficiency suitable for the current road situation may be calculated and displayed on a trip computer from a navigation device during the operation of a vehicle. The present invention has a purpose to provide a method for calculating and displaying fuel efficiency using a navigation device, capable of satisfying the fuel data requirements of a customer by separately calculating fuel efficiency on a common road and fuel efficiency on an expressway after receiving road data from a navigation device in the trip computer, displaying calculated fuel efficiency data on a navigation screen with a detailed classification of each vehicle velocity on each road section when running on the expressway.</p> |
