The device has a bowl (1) that is connected by two traction springs (5, 6). The springs are allowed to take a short end of a bent rod (4) that is positioned in a ring (3). The ring is screwed on a support (2) that is inserted in a cover (A2) of a swiveling roller (A). The support is maintained in the cover of the roller on a level of an axis (X) of the cover. The ring is fixed on the support by utilizing screws. The bent rod is fixed in the ring using screws. The springs are maintained with bent rod in one end and with the bowl in another end.
