<p>The present invention refers to an improved composition for controlling paraffin, reducing viscosity and improving the flow of hydrocarbons based on an alkyl aryl sulfonate, a solvent and a demulsifier to be applied and used in the oil industry, hydrocarbon extraction and chemical industry. The improved composition includes: a) from about 15% to 98% of an alkyl-aryl sulfonate, b) from about 2% to about 80% of solvent; and optionally c) from about 0% to about 5% by weight of a demulsifier, all these must result in a 100% by weight. The invention can be applied in the treatment of hydrocarbons and/or crude, heavy and extra heavy oil, storage devices (tanks, ducts, piping, discharge lines, etc.), production equipment (turbines, pumps, compressors, oil/water/gas separators, etc.), in applications for penetrating to the base of wells, well walls, in production systems, reservoirs, well and superficial installations.</p> |
