Disclosed is a display device having a distance maintenance part. The present invention includes a display panel which has a substrate having a display part, and a sealing part for covering the display part; a functional film bonded to the display panel; a window cover which is installed on the functional film; an adhesive which is interposed in at least one of a part where the display panel, the functional film, and the window cover are bonded. A distance maintenance part which has at least one opening which provides a path of irradiating an ultraviolet ray for hardening the adhesive, is formed between the display panel and the window cover.
