<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display device and the organic light emitting diode display device manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing the organic light emitting diode display device According to the present invention includes: a step of forming a thin film transistor substrate including a base line on a substrate; a step of forming a planarization layer which covers the entire substrate and has a cathode contact hole which exposes a part of the base line; a step of forming an anode electrode on the planarization layer; a step of depositing an organic light emitting layer on the upper surface of the base line and the anode electrode, using a screen mask; a step of removing a part which covers the cathode contact hole in the organic light emitting layer; and a step of depositing a cathode electrode on the organic light emitting layer, using the screen mask.</p> |
