<p>The present invention relates to a lightweight hot rolled steel sheet having excellent hot rolling and corrosion resistance properties, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a lightweight hot rolled steel sheet having excellent hot rolling and corrosion resistance properties, comprising: less than or equal to 0.5 wt% of C; 12-18 wt% of Al; 0.1-2.0 wt% of Ti; 0.3-1.0 wt% of Cu; 5-12 wt% of Cr; 0.1-0.5 wt% of Ni; 0.5-3.0 wt% of Mn; 0.05-1.0 wt% of Sn; less than or equal to 0.01 wt% of S; less than or equal to 0.02 wt% of P; less than or equal to 0.01 wt% of N; and residual Fe and other inevitable impurities, wherein an anti-phase boundary energy is less than or equal to 70 mJ/m^2. Also, provided is a manufacturing method thereof. The steel sheet improves ordered phase such as B2, DO3, etc, and matching of BCC between phase, and inhibits formation of carbide precipitates; thereby having excellent productivity as crack does not occur during hot rolling even if Al which is an element with low melting point is added for more than or equal to 12%, having high softness and low specific gravity, and having excellent corrosion resistance under sulfuric acid.</p> |
