<p>The device (1) has an applicator (3) including an application unit (5) provided with a core (10) made of thermoplastic material i.e. elastomer, where the core carries application elements. An electrically resistive element comprises a portion that is entirely covered by the core. The portion extends towards a central part of the core. The electrically resistive element is not provided in contact with an applied cosmetic product (P). A power supply (18) is connected to the resistive element such that the resistive element releases heat when traversed by electric current.
