The present invention relates to an active method of stem cell self reproduction using multiple stimulating means and, more specifically, to an active method of stem cell self reproduction using multiple stimulating means including a step of measuring a current signal, a voltage signal, and a frequency signal among bio-signals transmitted from a damaged body part to a central nerve system at real time; a step of storing the measured three real time bio-signals in database; and a step of stimulating the damaged body portion by transmitting two complex signals among the stored bio-signals to the damaged portion using an electronic device. The present invention stimulates a damaged tissue using at least two signals selected among current, voltage, and frequency, and a stem cell reacts to the damaged tissue or the completely cut body, thereby, regenerating tissues maintaining the shape, functions, and tissue structure of the corresponding body.
