The present invention relates to a temperature compensation device for an LED traffic signal lamp. The temperature compensation device includes: a power conversion unit which receives the power from a power line system to convert the power to a low series voltage needed in the LED traffic signal lamp; an SMPS including an output voltage compensation unit which compensates the output voltage of the power conversion unit to maintain the rated output; and a first temperature compensation unit which has a power thermistor connected to an end of a signal line between the output voltage compensation unit of the SMPS and a power input terminal of the LED traffic signal lamp in series. The base of the circuit is determined by the physical properties of the device, say, the attributes regarding the resistance versus temperature changes instead of the circuit operations such as the amplification or conversion operations. Accordingly, the present invention is easily and excellently operated. |
