The present invention relates to a device for automatically supplying water and nutrient for farming plants on walls, comprising a water tank which has an inlet part, an outlet part, a self-pumping pump to store water to be supplied to plants and a water pipe with a water control valve; a nutrient solution tank which has a cylindrical inlet hole and a cylindrical outlet hole, a self-pumping pump to store nutrients to be supplied to plants and a nutrient solution pipe with a nutrient solution control valve; and a plant growth tank which has a supply pipe to connect a water tank pipe of the water tank and an upper end of a nutrient solution pipe of the nutrient solution tank and stores vegetative materials and plants, thereby growing plants.
