The present invention relates to a magnetic nanoparticle with immobilized enzymes for detecting a toxic phenolic aromatic compound which is a water pollutant and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a magnetic nanoparticle with immobilized enzymes and a preparation method thereof, by immobilizing enzymes derived from microorganisms such as horseradish peroxidase (HRP), tyrosinase, and laccase on the surface of silica coated magnetic nanoparticles.
