<p>An embodiment of the present invention discloses an automatic object tracking method, and more specifically, to a method for operating a mobile computing device including an image sensor. The method includes the steps of: acquiring an image data; identifying an inanimate moveable object from the image data; determining whether the inanimate moveable object is a tracking object; storing the status information of the inanimate moveable object if the inanimate moveable object is a tracking object; detecting a trigger to provide a notification regarding the status of the inanimate moveable object; and outputting the notification regarding the status of the inanimate moveable object.</p> |
