Disclosed are a temperature sensing circuit and an operating method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the temperature sensing circuit includes an NTC thermistor having a resistance value changing according to a temperature sensing value; a first pull-up resistor connected to the NTC thermistor in series; a second pull-up resistor connected to the first pull-up resistor in parallel; and a switching element connected to the second pull-up resistor in series. Whether the switching element is opened or closed is determined depending on whether the temperature sensing value is higher than a preset reference temperature or not.
