The present invention relates to the technical field of touch control. Disclosed are a touch control panel and a manufacturing method therefor. In the touch control panel, a transparent conductive layer is divided into a first electrode, a second electrode sub-piece array and a filling block by height difference structures, and the second electrode sub-piece array is connected by a conductive bridging line array in series to form a plurality of columns of second electrodes. Therefore, the patterning process conducted on the transparent conductive layer is omitted, thereby reducing fabrication processes and reducing production costs. Meanwhile, since the transparent conductive layer covers the whole underlayment substrate, the uniformity of the light transmittance and reflectivity of the whole touch control panel is improved, thus improving the uniformity of a display picture. |
