<p>The present invention relates to a molten product comprising iron-doped calcium titanate, optionally doped by an element B', with perovskite structure ABO3, in which the A site is occupied by calcium and the B site is occupied by titanium and iron, the B site optionally being doped with an element B', such that the product complies with the formula Ca(1-z)Ti1-(x+y)FexB'yO3, wherein 0< x ≤ 0.4, 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.3, x + y ≤ 0.6 and -0.1 ≤ z ≤ 0.1, the element B' being selected among chromium, niobium and the mixtures thereof.</p> |
