The invention relates to a measurement device which comprises a dielectric body (14) having a front surface (26b), a longitudinal rod (16) extending axially away from said surface, and at least three lateral rods (18 to 22) that are tilted relative to the longitudinal rod and offset relative to one another in the circumferential direction about the elongation axis of the longitudinal rod (16), said longitudinal and lateral rods being mounted on a proximal portion of the body (14) relative to the front surface (26b). The device also comprises at least four reference electrodes (30 to 36) positioned inside an enclosure delimited by a distal portion of the body relative to said front surface, and electrolytic connection means for electrolytically connecting each of the reference electrodes and the associated longitudinal or lateral rod such as to measure electric potential differences.
