<p>Embodiments of the present invention relates to the technical field of networks. Provided are a service processing method, apparatus, and system. The method comprises: receiving a user identity-based specified processing request of a first terminal, the specified processing request being used for requesting continuing to process an interrupted service; obtaining interruption point information corresponding to the user identity; and sending service data determined according to the interruption point information to the first terminal, so that the first terminal continues to process the service. In the present invention, in a case in which a second terminal has interrupted a service, when a request of a first terminal for continuing to process the service is received, interruption point information of the service is obtained, so that the first terminal can continue to process the service, and the service does not need to be processed from the beginning, the service is migrated between different terminals, the continuity of service processing is ensured, and the operations are simple and convenient, thereby reducing time consumption.</p> |
