A composition comprising cyclodextrin or its derivatives, anionic surfactants, and polyalkylene glycol ether of alcohols of alcohol of formula (II), CH 3(CH 2) a(OR) bOH (II) is provided, wherein: a is an integer of 4 to 14; b is an integer of 2 to 30; and R is an alkylene group.
