<p>A high-voltage chamber structure of a high-voltage accelerator, comprising a high-voltage chamber (10), a charged particle generator (13), an accelerator tube (12), a beam transport line (16) and a target (18); the interior of the high-voltage chamber (10) is a hollow cavity, and the charged particle generator is disposed in the hollow cavity; the high-voltage chamber (10) is set at a high potential to accelerate electrons from the charged particle generator (13); the high-voltage chamber (10) is enclosed in a grounded housing (102); an insulated conductor (103) is disposed near the outer edge of the high-voltage chamber; the position of the insulated conductor (103) is set depending on the air space between the structure of the high-voltage chamber (10) and the surrounding grounded housing (102), thus further increasing the maximum bearing voltage of the high-voltage chamber (10).</p> |
