The present invention relates to a dust collecting device using a filler-type rotating filter, which attracts the dust passing through a rotating filter with air to remove the dust. The dust collecting device includes: a housing which has a mesh-type safety net installed on vent holes formed on the front and rear areas; multiple filler-type filters which are installed to be rotated in the housing to collect the dust contained in the air moving along the air flow through the filtering net; a driving device which is installed on the outside of the housing, and is controlled by a control unit to rotate the filters; and an air or water spray nozzle which is installed to spray the air or water to the filter from the upper and lower sides of the housing to enable the filtering net of the filters to collect the dust, or to wash the filters.
