The present invention relates to a culture medium composition and a culturing method for culturing porcine spematoginial stem cells and, more specifically, a culture medium composition for in vitro culturing porcine spematoginial stem cells using a culture medium composition including epithelial cell growth factors (EGF) which specifically affects porcine spematoginial stem cells, and a culturing method thereof using the same where the culture medium composition including epithelial cell growth factors (EGF) which specifically affects porcine spematoginial stem cells can be used, thereby efficiently culturing porcine spematoginial stem cells in vitro.
