According to an embodiment of the present invention, the wind power blade assembly comprises: a hub with a plurality of protruding connection holes on an outer circumference; a blade of which one end is combined to each of the plurality of protruding connection holes to be rotated; a rotating part which connects the hub with the blade to rotate or hold the blade, wherein the connection holes are formed and tilted at a certain angle, and one end of the blades tilted like the connection holes.
