PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-pass determination device capable of properly determining occurrence of multi-pass even when a sound signal has a large dynamic range of power.SOLUTION: A multi-pass determination device 20 determines multi-pass which occurs during propagation of a received radio wave. The multi-pass determination device 20 includes: an evaluation value output section 23 that, with respect to a determination period in a time series data of a sound signal contained in the radio wave, performs weighting on the power of the sound signal in a determination period with a weight, which is larger than that of a low frequency band having a frequency lower than the high frequency band which has a predetermined high frequency band and outputs an evaluation value added with the weighting; and a determination section 24 that determines occurrence of multi-pass in a determination period on the basis of the evaluation value. |
