A pump control device includes a control device 2 that controls power supplied to a pump 1, a working device 4 that is connected to the pump 1 to control fluid flow, and a detection device 3 for detecting the working device 4. The detection device 3, when detecting the working device 4 is making a specific operation, transmits operation information to the control device to change the operation condition of the pump 1 so as to achieve advantages of ease of use and power saving. An external power supply may be used to power the pump control device, the working device 4 may be a spraying gun or air gun, and communication between the devices may take place wirelessly with the use of radio frequency identification (RFID) devices. |
