PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of suppressing firing or fuming of grease in a cooking chamber, and efficiently heating a heating target article while ensuring a height within the cooking chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: second heating means 53D provided in a heating chamber 50; a centrifugal fan 85 provided in the heating chamber 50 and delivering air vacuumed from a first intake port 32C to an air outlet 31D; and control means individually controlling thermal doses of the first heating means 40 and the second heating means 53C, a sum of areas of openings of the air outlet 31D arranged rightward of a center of the cooking chamber 30 in a horizontal direction is larger than a sum of areas of openings of the air outlet arranged leftward of the center of the cooking chamber 30 in the horizontal direction.
