PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a range where the distance of an object can be measured in the vicinity of a rader system. ! SOLUTION: A rader system 1 includes a light source 2, a pixel 21, and a light detection control part 24. The light source 2 is installed in the rader system 1 and emits light. The pixel 21 includes an SPAD (Single Photon Avalanche Diode) installed in the rader system 1 and detects the light reflected by the object by the SPAD. The light detection control part 24 starts the operation of the SPAD, after timing when internal scattered light generated due to the reflection of the light emitted by the light source 2 in the rader system 1 is made incident on the SPAD. !
