RAIL FASTENING SYSTEM WITH GUIDE HAVING REINFORCED PLATE CONTACT SURFACE

The present invention relates to a rail fastening device including a guide plate having a reinforced contact part with a rail. The purpose of the present invention is to extend a replacement cycle by minimizing damage by the dynamic behavior of a rail and reduce replacement costs by enabling partial replacement of a damaged part. The present invention comprises: a base plate for dissipating the load transmitted through a rail from the lower side of the rail; an elastic pad for elastically supporting the lower side of the base plate; a guide plate installed to adhere closely to the side surface of the lower flange of the rail and supporting the lateral behavior of the rail; a coupling clamp for pushing and supporting the upper side of the lower flange of the rail; and a coupling bolt for pushing the upper side of the coupling clamp and having a lower part penetrating the guide plate and buried in a concrete railroad tie so that the coupling clamp has a clamping force on the lower flange of the rail. The guide plate has a contact part, which is in contact with the lower flange of the rail, having excellent low-friction and abrasion resistance characteristics compared with other parts.
