PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calorie measurement device for contributing to the increase of the measuring accuracy of the calorie of food.SOLUTION: A calorie measurement device has a measurement part 20 and an analysis device 30. The measurement part 20 has a light emission part and a light reception part 24. The analysis device 30 has a correction part 42 and an analysis part 41. The light emission part outputs light including the wavelength of a near infrared ray to emit light to food. The light reception part 24 receives reflected light emitted from the light emission part, and reflected from the food. The correction part 42 corrects the absorbance of received light quantity received by the light reception part 24 on the basis of the received light quantity received by the light reception part 24. The analysis part 41 calculates an analytic value indicating the calorie of the food on the basis of the corrected absorbance.
