PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for protection of a rectal anastomosis.SOLUTION: A device of the present invention comprised a double leak prevention system composed of a microvilli of a head filter and a three-fold internally rigid catheter, and enables the successful healing of an intestinal anastomosis part by minimizing anastomotic contamination from contents of intestines. A main tube of the device of the present invention is formed with a side hole, and even if the contents of the intestines pass through the head filter, the contents are sucked in the inside of the main tube through the side hole, so that the contents of the intestines bypass the anastomosis part and can be discharged effectively. The device of the present invention is inserted into an anal after the surgery, so that the probability of additional complication due to the installation is reduced and the production cost is reduced by the simplification of the structure, and there is such an advantage that the use and handling are simple. Also, a role of an existing anastomosis protection support base is performed, and thereby it is expected that patient's inconvenience due to the anastomotic leakage can be reduced. |
