PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow-fiber membrane type blood purification device having improved antioxidative performance and favorable water permeability, blood compatibility, and economic rationality.SOLUTION: The hollow-fiber membrane type blood purification device has a container filled with hollow fiber membranes, the hollow fiber membrane including hydrophobic polymer, hydrophilic macromolecule, and fat-soluble vitamin. When the inside of an inner circle with a radius 1/2 of that of the hollow fiber membrane bundle is defined as a central part and a part not included in the central part is defined as an outer periphery part, an amount of the fat-soluble vitamin per 1 mof the hollow-fiber membrane inner surface of the central part is more than an amount of the fat-soluble vitamin per 1 mof the hollow-fiber membrane inner surface of the outer peripheral part, and an amount of the fat-soluble vitamin per 1 mof the hollow-fiber membrane inner surface of the central part is not less than 20 mg/mand not more than 300 mg/m. |
