PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that is excellent in any of a heat-resistant storage property and low-temperature fixability.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development includes a plurality of toner particles. Each of the plurality of toner particles includes a toner core including a binder resin and a shell layer coating the toner core. The shell layer includes a thermosetting resin. In an aqueous medium with the pH adjusted to 4, the zeta potential of the toner core has negative polarity. In an aqueous medium with the pH adjusted to 4, the zeta potential of the toner particles has positive polarity. The thickness of the shell layer is 1 nm or more and 20 nm or less. |
