PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid ointment which can be provided in a solid form in which the steroid is stabilized without dissolving by compounding ester steroid into a higher fatty acid metal salt base.SOLUTION: The solid ointment related to the invention can maintain the effect of steroid by compounding ester steroid, and diphenhydramines and a buffer solution into a base material containing a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid metal salt, polyhydric alcohol, and monohydric alcohol utilizing the function in which diphenhydramines and a buffer solution change the base material containing a higher fatty acid metal salt as main components into a neutral substance to maintain the composition to be almost neutral.
