PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator capable of preventing increase of output voltage even if leak current flows into an output transistor.SOLUTION: A voltage regulator comprises a leak current control circuit which prevents increase of output voltage by connecting an output terminal with an NMOS transistor, and by configuring so that leak current flows into the NMOS transistor when the output voltage increases due to the leak current of the output transistor. |
