PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance color filter which offers an embedded microlens function, maintains adhesiveness and resolution, and provides a fine pixel pattern without use of a half-tone mask.SOLUTION: A color filter with a hemispherical microlens is obtained by forming laminates, each comprising a UV absorption layer 2 and colored microlenticular colored pixel 3 laminated on a silicon wafer 1 in the described order, and planarly arranging such laminates. A ratio T/S of a pixel width S at a half-height of the thickness of the colored pixel 3 in cross-sectional view and a pixel width T at a 90% height of the same thickness from a base plate surface, shall be 0.2-0.7, the colored pixel width being 0.5-1.5 μm. |
