PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission apparatus for a vehicle, which can fulfill smooth starting and quick gear shift and improve the fuel economy.SOLUTION: A transmission apparatus for a vehicle includes: a first input shaft; a second input shaft which is arranged without rotational interference with the first input shaft and has one or more input gears fixedly arranged on the outer peripheral surface; a third input shaft which is arranged side by side with the second input shaft, is selectively connected to the second input shaft and has one or more input gears fixedly arranged on the outer peripheral surface; a motor/generator having a motor or a generator function; a planetary gear set which holds a first rotation element directly connected to the motor/generator, a second rotation element directly connected to the third input shaft and a third rotation element directly connected to the first input shaft; a first transmission output mechanism which changes in speed the rotation power inputted from the second input shaft or the third input shaft and outputs the speed-changed rotation power; and a second transmission output mechanism which changes in speed the rotation power inputted from the second input shaft or the third input shaft and outputs the speed-changed rotation power.
