PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel porous polymer metal complex synthesized by a ligand containing a fluorine atom and having mesopore and a gas adsorbent having excellent properties using the same and to provide gas storage apparatus and gas separation apparatus accommodating the gas adsorbent having the property inside. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a porous polymer metal complex represented by the formula: [MXYm]n, where M represents bivalent transition metal ion, X represents a first ligand and is an isophthalic acid derivative having a perfluoroalkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms at 5-position, Y represents a second ligand and is a bipyridine analog having pyrazine, bipyridine, 4-pyridyl group at both terminals of the molecule, m is 0 to 3, n is one exhibiting property which a plurality of constitutional units consisting of [MXYm] aggregate and the size of n is not especially limited, having a fluorine atom and a pore with mesopore size.
