Disclosed is an optical detector wherein: a boundary line (BY) that defines an outer end of a semiconductor region (14) is covered with signal read-out wiring (E3); and a capacitor is configured between the semiconductor region (14) and the signal read-out wiring (E3). High frequency components (peak components) of a carrier are quickly taken out to the outside via the capacitor, and by having the boundary line (BY) covered with the signal read-out wiring (E3), a semiconductor potential in the vicinity of the boundary line is stabilized, thereby stabilizing output signals. |
