The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for vacuum extraction of an undiluted liquid from a plant, capable of preventing browning and carbonization. On the upper side of a cover arranged on the upper part of the apparatus, a top surface is horizontally formed, a circumference is curvedly formed, and air suction holes and waste heat discharge holes are formed. A motor having a cooling fan is mounted in the center of the bottom surface of the upper side of the cover. Bolt holes are formed in the circular direction at regular intervals so that the upper side of the cover can be coupled to the lower side of the cover by means of multiple bolts/nuts. A pin connection unit is formed at one side of the circumferential surface so that an assembly cover can be coupled to a radiating tube by means of a hinge pin. The lower side of the cover on which condensate water is generated is formed to be curved downwardly, and annual ring projections are formed with several circles, from small circles to large circles, that project minutely at regular intervals on the surface of the lower side of the cover formed as above, so that the following series of actions is continuously repeated: gases of an active ingredient that are volatilized from animal and vegetable raw materials during heating are brought into frictional contact with the lower side of the cover to form large water droplets at the annual ring projections, and the large water droplets are dropped into a catchment tube together with the raw materials, converted back into a gaseous state and moved upward. A control device for setting and regulating a heating temperature and a heating time includes: an LED character display window for digitally displaying the set temperature and time on one side of the upper part; an operation display lamp for displaying operation state; a heater operation display lamp for displaying a running state; a driving display lamp for displaying automatic driving state; an operation button for instructing the starting and stopping of operation; a data conversion button for converting data; a shift button for changing location setting; and a set value changing button for indicating or concealing current operation temperature and time. A heating method for performing a steaming process comprises cooling the lower side of the cover in a heated state by operating the cooling fan three hours after the start of heating, and heating a heating plate for 44 hours without a break by performing a first heating step for 20 hours at a high temperature of 250°C and additionally performing a second heating step for 24 hours at 210°C, which is lower than the setting temperature for the first heating step by 40°C. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of extracting a clear, transparent high-purity undiluted liquid without causing carbonization of the animal and vegetable raw materials. |
