Each pixel unit comprises a TFT (5), and a first transparent electrode (3) and a second transparent electrode which are isolated from each other. The first transparent electrode (3) comprises a plurality of strip electrodes. The second transparent electrode comprises a first electrode portion (4) and a second electrode portion (8). The second electrode portion (8) is electrically connected to the first electrode portion (4). The first electrode portion (4) comprises strip electrodes. The strip electrodes in the first electrode portion (4) and the strip electrodes in the first transparent electrode (3) are crisscross arranged. The second electrode portion (8), and the first transparent electrode (3) and the first electrode portion (4) are arranged on different layers. The technical solution can increase the electric fields of pixel regions of an array substrate, thereby improving the display effect of a display device.
