<p>A method and device for processing a service between service nodes. The method comprises: a pool grouping control device used for controlling a service node determining a main service node and a standby service node of a user group; the pool grouping control device synchronizing on-line user information about the user group on the main service node to the standby service node; and in the case where a service of the main service node is exceptional, the pool grouping control device notifying the standby service node to continue to process the service of the main service node. The method solves the problems in the related art that poor expansibility and high management difficulty exist in gradually expanded network service nodes, thus achieving unified management on scale service node resources, so that not only the service reliability is effectively increased, but also the resource utilization rate between service nodes is significantly increased, thereby improving the user experience.</p> |
