<p>Disclosed is a glide mattress (10), wherein the glide mattress is laid flat on a bed board (3). When a user supinely lies on the bed board, the gravity of the body's own weight below the lumbar spine acts on the glide mattress and an adhesive force is formed between the body and the glide mattress. A tension connection point is arranged at the bed trailing end of the glide mattress. Also disclosed is a traction bed made of the glide mattress. An electric push rod (6) is arranged at the lower side of a bed board of the traction bed. A thrust cross rod (4.1) driven by the electric push rod (6) and forming a connection with the glide mattress (10) at the tension connection point is provided. The thrust cross rod drives the glide mattress to move outwardly, thereby producing a traction effect on the vertebral body of the body. The traction bed has a simple structure, an obvious traction effect, a good level of comfort and is easy to operate.</p> |
