ACCESS POINT SELECTION METHOD, TERMINAL, AND ACCESS POINT

Disclosed are an access point selection method, a terminal, and an access point, which enable the terminal to select another access point (AP) with good quality when a preset AP that the terminal is to connected to cannot provide normal data transmission due to a reason that the number of access tends to be full or another reason, thereby improving the data transmission rate of the terminal. The method comprises: (101) sending a test data packet to at least one access point; (102a) if response data packets sent by multiple access points according to the test data packet are received, determining a target access point according to channel state parameters of the response data packets or reception channel state parameters carried in the response data packets; and (102b) if a response data packet sent by an access point is received, determining the access point as a target access point. The present invention is applied in a process in which a terminal performs data transmission through an access point.
