The present invention relates to a device and a method thereof to control a working lamp for an excavator. The device includes a camera part photographing a front face image of a driver to output image data corresponding to the image; a motion sensor analyzing the image data, inputted from the camera part, to sense a facial outline or eyes movement of the driver; a vehicle control part determining whether the eyes of the driver are moved or not through an output value, determining whether the eyes of the driver move to the right or left by comparing and analyzing the output value by the motion sensor and a pre-stored initial value when sensing the movement of the eyes, and generating a control signal controlling a direction of a working lamp corresponding to the movement of the eyes; and a working lamp controlling a direction of the working lamp according to the control signal, generated by the vehicle control part. |
