PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for managing the use of an electrical apparatus such as a mah-jongg table without using a coin (hard currency). ! SOLUTION: The management system 1 reads, from a coin type chip input to a timer 11 installed in a mah-jongg table 10, an ID recorded in an RFID included in the chip, and determines whether to permit the use of the mah-jongg table 10 on the basis of the read ID.
