PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which can be automatically started when setting information to be referred by the information processing apparatus during start-up is modified.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: storage means which stores information on start-up of the information processing apparatus; control means which controls, in the case where the information stored in the storage means relates to first start-up, the information processing apparatus so that it enters a standby state when electric power is supplied to the information processing apparatus, and controls, in the case where the information stored in the storage means relates to second start-up, the information processing apparatus so that it enters the standby state when electric power is supplied to the information processing apparatus and a signal input thereto becomes a predetermined state; and power-supply control means which controls the signal input to the control means so that it is in the specific state. The control means controls the information processing apparatus so that it enters the standby state when the signal input thereto is made to be in the specific state. |
