PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably cool a scope tip. ! SOLUTION: In an endoscope apparatus having a cooling mechanism using a refrigerant with a heat pump, a pipe 18 extending to a scope tip 10T is attached in an insertion part 12 of a video scope 10. A refrigerant M is supplied to the scope tip 10T through the pipe 18 by operating the heat pump 30.
