Disclosed are a full-duplex antenna and a mobile terminal. The full-duplex antenna is characterized in that: a reception antenna is an omnidirectional antenna; a first transmission antenna is disposed on one side of the reception antenna and is a directional antenna, and an opposite direction of a main lobe of a radiation pattern of the first transmission antenna points to the reception antenna; and a second transmission antenna is disposed on the other side of the reception antenna, the direction from the second transmission antenna to the reception antenna is equal to the distance from the first transmission antenna to the reception antenna, the second transmission antenna is a directional antenna, and an opposite direction of a main lobe of a radiation pattern of the second transmission antenna points to the reception antenna.
